SWAG DISEASE — A DJ set inspired by the phenomenon of trap culture spreading through the internet.
Much like a digital virus, musical trends transcend geographical boundaries, permeate local scenes, and gradually mutate. The sound of American trap becomes the foundation for new musical experiments, forging its own aesthetic and modes of self-expression.
SWAG DISEASE frames this process as a fictional epidemic, where music acts as a carrier for a cultural code, and every new track represents another stage in its dissemination.

The visual aspect of SWAG DISEASE is inspired by the aesthetic of the American trap scene and contemporary internet culture.
The design foundation consists of dynamic edits of performers, which combine fragments from live performances, music videos, and archival footage.
Low resolution, digital artifacts, high-contrast colors, and sharp editing convey the energy of trap music and reference the visual language of fan edits.
The project merges music and imagery into a single space where SWAG becomes not just a word, but a form of self-expression.
