The track goes through the process of a mountain mass forming and weathering into a plain. This occurs on two levels.
The first is a general decrease in the intensity of the track’s dynamics.
The second involves variations in the shape and length of the modulating operator envelopes within the timbres. They create sounds that change continuously and almost imperceptibly in detail, much like the numerous parallel processes of landscape transformation.
The album cover features a spectrogram of the track, which externally resembles a landscape.
