No memory was true in the near future, what then is the past, what is it from, and does it matter in the present? Relaxing the memory footage, moving further away from reality, memory as a sand watch — endlessly transforms, but never returns to its true, old form.
The main visual reception is to split images to a critical degree of unrecognisability, the whole plot of the credits contradicts the proper process of reconstructing memories, we try carefully to remember at least a moment from the past, sinking deeper into unconscious depths and mixing memories into a whole.
The body is a navigator as well as the main character of Nolan’s painting, and the hero of the Titre rolls back the memory film, pointing to the notes on his body.
