The «Stoleshnikov Inspiration» Festival is a unique event dedicated to supporting and popularizing Moscow’s fashion brands, while also creating a space for creative exchange and self-expression. We aim to unite designers, artists, and fashion enthusiasts so they can present their work and ideas to a broad audience.

History of Geolocation
Stoletshnikov Lane is one of Moscow’s oldest and most atmospheric streets, renowned for its history, architecture, and vibrant cultural life.

Since the 18th century, this alley has housed stalls and workshops, and today it has become a hub for fashion and creativity.
The lane was named after the weavers who lived there, who produced tablecloths. Before the events of the October Revolution, there were two short streets in this location: Stoleshnikov Lane ended at Bolshaya Dmitrovka, and then continued as Kosmodemiansky Street (after a church of the same name).
Beginning in the second half of the 19th century, the ground floors of buildings were converted into merchant shops and boutiques. It was especially crowded here before Easter, when Moscow held its only «sale”—vendors sold remnants of haberdashery and outdated fabrics. The upper floors were converted into rental housing, with well-appointed apartments rented out to people with above-average incomes.
In the 1990s, the first boutiques of foreign brands—Christian Dior, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, Cartier, Montblanc, Chanel, and many others—opened on Stoleshnikov Lane in Russia. In 2018, this location had the highest rent in all of Russia.
This place attracts not only locals but also tourists, creating a unique atmosphere of style and art. It is the perfect venue for creating a fashionable event that highlights the neighborhood’s heritage and its modern spirit.
Societal Demands
Modern society is increasingly interested in local brands and sustainable fashion.
The festival will address several issues:
• The issue of insufficient attention given to Moscow-based designers.
• Lack of platforms for sharing experience and networking.
• The desire among youth and fashion professionals to participate in live events that promote self-expression.
Research
For the last several years, I have devoted myself entirely to the topic of fashion and clothing within the city of Moscow. I often spend time on Stoleshnikov, and increasingly, I notice the lack of any dedicated offline spaces for influencers and those interested in getting closer to fashion, clothing, and art. This led to the idea of creating the St 14 project.
Idea
Creation of a fashion festival that will bring together capital-city brands, designers, artists, and fashion enthusiasts. The festival will feature collection shows, master classes, lectures, and exhibitions designed to help participants learn more about the world of fashion and discover emerging talent.
Concept
The «Stoleshnikov Inspiration» Festival will serve as a unique platform to showcase the creative potential of local designers. It will feature various formats—from runway shows and exhibitions to interactive lectures and master classes.
A primary focus on local production.
